I’m Cheolho Shim, based in Busan, South Korea. Over 20 years, I’ve worked across two very different worlds — as a Group Financial Consultant advising Korean corporations, and as a project manager in international manufacturing and mining supply chains.

Automotive OEM Manufacturing (12 Years)

I worked directly within Hyundai-Kia and Renault-Nissan OEM parts supply chains, gaining deep, firsthand knowledge of Korean manufacturing standards, quality systems, and negotiation practices.

Mining & Infrastructure Projects (Kazakhstan & Australia)

I managed the Ausenco/Bozshakol mining project for KazakhMys in Kazakhstan, and supported equipment design, manufacturing, and export projects in Korea for AMMS Group (Australia), supplying BHP and Rio Tinto operations.

Financial Expertise

Today, as a Group Financial Consultant, I bring rigorous financial due diligence practices to every sourcing project — the same standard I apply for corporate clients in Korea.

I studied Business and Marketing at Wichita State University in Kansas, USA, and ran my own business before moving into corporate financial consulting.
